hey so realy quick.. maintenance =2400
calorie deficit = 2100
Macros- 175 protein, 192 carbs, 70 fat.

so far for today im at 1815 calories, 178g of protein, 157g of carbs, and 53g of fat..

i need snack advice to reach my carbs and fat requirement while minimizing protein, but also not increasing cholestorol.

todays meal- 14oz chicken breast with skin
stir fry veges- 2 servings
banana
honey bunches of oats w/almonds
skim milk
6" tuna subway
