My workout is:

Workout A

3x8 Squats
3x8 Bench Press
3x8 BB Rows
3x10 BB Shrugs
3x12 Skullcrusher
3x8 Chin Ups
3x20 Hyperextensions
3x20 Kneeling Cable Crunches

Workout B

3x8 Squats
1x5 Deadlift
3x8 Press
3x8 BB Rows (10% lighter)
3x10 Close-Grip Bench Press
3x10 Straight Bar Curl
3x20 Kneeling Cable Crunches

3x a week, cardio 2 times a week, abs 5 times a week, 2 rest days.

My main goal is to gain muscle size, what would the best diet be? Please help!
