I'm a vegetarian, trying to lose fat and gain some muscle mass. The training plans seem to only have non veggy meal options. Is there something more vegetarian friendly?

Ah! A fellow veggie person :)

I don't know too much about nutrition however I have a similar goal of gaining some muscle and losing body fat. At the moment I'm making a lot of tofu and cooking with quorn just for a change. I am also quite lazy so I'm downing protein shakes and chewing low carb protein bars and nuts to keep my macros somewhere reasonable. I don't really like eating though. Also eggs are good I think but the taste annoys me after a while...
