What do you guys think of this:
300g oatmeal
2cups milk
2 scoops of whey protein

Im thinking of drinking this in the morning after i wake up.

Best mass gainer is peanut butter. Srs. Tastes good and calorie dense.

Do you have trouble eating solid food? If so just find stuff you like and blend it.

Just more PB and idk if u can eat 300gms of oats then go for it but its ALOT of oats
