Im 14 with manboobs. I weigh 55 kg and im 5 foot 5. I want to lose fat on my chest what is the best way to lose manboobs? Ways goin to a gym and without goin to gym... I did a lot of pushups but it made my chest triangular ... itz really weird... any advice????And umm routines to help build muscles in the abdominal regions?????

You should probably first determine if it's fat or hormonal issues due to puberty mate. At 14 it's fairly common to see strange things happen in terms of chest development. It generally settles down fairly quickly.

Do you feel you're overweight in general?

Id love to say, start counting calories and give you links to the stickies, but at 14.. IMHO your to young for any of this yet!

Start eating that bit more healthy... You should know what healthy is! Hit the gym.... and get a good routine together, you will find many beginner ones over here at BB :)
