I am a 43 y.o. male. I am 6'0" and current weight is 235 and around 22-25% body fat.
I have been dieting and working out for two months and have los 30 pounds. I am now ready to start getting serious.
I would like to get to between 10-12% bodyfat.

My diet will be 1700 calories per day, all good clean foods.

I am averagong around 5-6 hours of cardioo between HIIT and steady state.
Monday I start the Kris Gethin 12 week workout program.

So now for my questions.....
1. I know I won't make my goal in just 12 weeks, but with this diet and exercise, will I see big results?

2. Besides Broccoli and cauliflower, what are some other good veggies to put in my diet?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Any veggies are good for your diet! I personaly like spinach, peppers, mushrooms, lettuce.

And as to whether or not 1700 cals is enough for you, what is your RMR? And are you doing any lifting also?

I am not to familiar with the program, If it is just cardio add some weightlifting to your routine. You are 236 any exercise with a defice will produce results

and congrats on already losing 30 lbs

Thank you.
And yes I do lift, at least 3x times per week. The gethin 12 week is lifting 5 to 6 times per week.

Yeah you should see great results with that, 1700 might be a little low, if you start to drastically lose strength in your workouts up the cals a bit, and make sure you're getting ample protein in your diet.
