I'm seeing incredible strength gains in the gym, but since I've quit chewing tobacco (new years resolution), I can't seem to keep my snacking in check and I'm not going to lose any fat. Any suggestions??

Calculate a diet that includes the foods you enjoy.

Usually it has to do with an oral fixation. I usually just try to drink water instead of going for food. In a case of tobacco replacement, perhaps look into chewing gum to keep you occupied instead of food. Best of luck.

Chewing gum, green tea, water, less fat's, more meals, smaller portions.

Both have been shown to decrease satiety.
