I've just recently got into bodybuilding. I'm on the swim team for my high school and I lift weights. Is Quaker Instant Oatmeal a good breakfast right when I wake up? I've been eating it for a couple weeks now. I use the fruit ones. If there is something better or if this is fine let me know. Thank you!

If you do not eat enough fat otherwise, get full fat cheese
If you are eating enough fat, then FF or reduced fat is fine
You could also melt Cottage cheese on the eggs. I find it higher in protein and cheaper than sliced cheese

I put 1/4 cup of shredded cheese in with my 7 scrambled eggs every morning. I'll throw some potatoes or oatmeal in there also.
