Hey I was just wondering what the pro/carb/fat ratio should be. Also I no you want 1-1.5g per pound of body weight but is that at current weight or the weight that you want to cut to. I no fats is .5 per pound. Not sure about carb intake for cutting. Thanks for the help. Also if you do 4 days of cardio and you do intervals when is the best days to do the cardio? Days off? Work out days? Morning? After workout? Thanks
For help guys

Ratios don't matter, Protein and fat intake does.
Get 1g /lb BW for protein. 0.45g /lb BW for fats. Fill the remaining cals with carbs. Or combine it with carbs, protein and fat.
You can do cardio whenever you like it, It's personal preference. Although you might wanna consider if you're going to do cardio at training days. Might wanna do cardio after weight lifting, So that you can have energy for your lifting performance, Or just do cardio at AM and lifting PM.
