Just been on an article on this site called world wide of protein or something like that and i looked at the first example of their 5 lean cuts of protein. Can anyone else spot the mistake in the following paragraph below? ;)

The small amount of fat in venison is found underneath the skin and is usually removed in the butchering process. This makes a lean protein source even leaner. A three-ounce serving of deer meat contains about 3 grams of fat and 26 grams of protein per serving. A single egg white has more fat than that.

Yes, the egg white comment is clearly erroneous, but I find much of the supersite's "articles" to contain clearly erroneous statements.

Anyway, I wish this perverse fear of essential nutrition (dietary fat) would fade already. After all, striving for malnutrition should not be the goal.

haha glad yous both caught it and yeah I agree with a lot of their articles being misguided regarding dietary fat. I understand why they do it and always try and encourage more than needed protein and "lean" sources of protein aka whey being better than all, as they are a company trying to sell as many products as they can. The only place I come to read about nutrition is of course, the nutrition section. Sadly though people will accept their views as being the "gospel" as most "diets" all over the world still try and put an emphasis on low fat and most bodybuilding sites encourage more is better when it comes to protein requirements in order to try and sell as many products as they can.
