Whenever I talk to people, all they talk about is the Knicks and the Heat.. I've asked like 3 people.. "who has the best record in the NBA?" and they all said the Knicks. Meanwhile in OKC... 20-4. I like that they're slipping under the radar, but got damnit.. I at least want people to acknowledge that they may have very well improved with the removal of that huge beard.

I heard something like 17 of their next 21 games are road games, they need to be road tested. And the Knicks are the surprise team and the Heat are the defending champs so that's why they get the attention..

I don't think they're under the radar, they've been consistently mentioned as one of top teams in the league.

OP no one is overlooking the Thunder. Just ESPN is overlooking the Thunder. People who watch basketball and arent Knicks fans are well aware of how good the Thunder are and how they will be in the Finals again this year. The Heat are the defending champs but they arent getting much attention either. Everyone expects both of our teams to do well. No one expected the Knicks to be this good or the Lakers to be this bad. storylines/10

they aren't. people just already know the Thunder are going to the playoffs and will most likely go far in them. The Knicks are a possible NBA champion which is actually news. And everyone has always spoke of the Heat becuz they have LeGOAT

OKC brah (NBA brah) checking in.
OKC will not be overlooked for the next 4+ years.
To think otherwise is rookie move and you should not take part in any NBA discussion.

Miami can be talked about all they want because they only seem to care come post-season.
NYK is well, NYK and of course they will get attention regardless - especially playing the way they are with direction (Melo truely leading).

*edit - East coash brah as well, fuking sux as a sports fan. Hi, 7am alarm clock.. I just finished watching GSW.

Because they are suppose to be doing what they are doing now, winning? Everyone knows they will go far and probably the finals. Nothing newsworthy about that ugly

Play in tiny market.

Call yourself "overlooked"

The spurs called. They don't give a sht about your poverty 1 year of no coverage during minor success.

I'm 100% sure you can call a 4-1 series win "pushed in"

I don't care how close the games were when you lose in 5 games that's NOT a close series. One team was clearly far superior.

No one talks about them cause they're doing what they're supposed to do, winning. Unlike the Knicks who are baking, or the Heat who are slacking, or the lakers/dantoni shtstorm.

Most people I know think Miami and OKC are the two best teams which seems like the Thunder are getting due respect around here.

Looking forward to the game tonight, should be fun.

So, Heat v OKC again. Heat add a HOF 3pt shooter, OKC loses the best 6th man in the league who is now a 30ppg starter. Not gonna be close this time.

I'm a Wolves fan but I really don't see them beating OKC unless the Thunder are totally flat tonight.

Love's hand is still bothering him, Rubio is still rusty and the team can't shoot 3's to save their lives. That Buddinger injury might be the 2nd biggest injury of the season behind having Rubio out. Without him there's nobody on the roster than can shoot from outside with any regularity.

They're still pretty much the consensus pick to be western conference champions.
