Eat more, or just make one.

Oats, protein powder, peanut butter, fruit, flax or olive oil...blend...drink.

If unable to make one, Scivation and MHP are good choices.

Russian Bear 5000 is what I take. The label says to take 5 scoops(26000 cals with water or its 5000 cals with milk) but if you do that your a retard

I drink 2 scoops a day(2 scoops =1040 calories, 73g of protein, 120+ carbs, and 0 fat)

it takes only a minute to throw some oats, whey, milk and pb in a blender for 10 secs and drink. your going to spend longer at work earning back the money that you spent on a gainer than if you just made one. This is what I do and it saves me money and I can make it fit my macros, thou whilst gain weight.

Money isn't a factor so that doesn't bother me.

No such thing. Either you eat enough, or you don't.

Looks like your problem is nutrition related. Fix your diet.

So eating 3000+ calories a day, not doin any physical activity nd not gaining weight doesn't make someone a hard gainer. Oh ok then. Your adding nothing to this thread at all. Other than wasting my time

care to elaborate? unless you have some sort of disorder, if you're not gaining weight, you're energy intake is too low.

Hard gainer? Really? No...you're simply not eating enough.

Side note...how does someone who does nothing all day not have 1 minute to make their own gainer?

So I'm already eating maybe 5-6 meals a day. I'm not upping that. I'd rather get the extra from a gainer - simple.
I have plenty of time to make my own. I would just rather buy one. That really so hard to get a grip on??
Oh nd you seem to have made up that i do nothing all day?!

Invest in whole milk. Drink during your meals. Seriously, unless you're absolutely strapped for time or simply enjoy the flavor of the gainer, there's no point buying a pre-made one. Also, you don't have to eat that many meals.

You claimed to do nothing physical during your days...

just eat more phaggot. you're not a "hard gainer" you just dont eat enough. You're not going to drink a magical shake and suddenly gain weight

You're not a "hardgainer," you're not eating enough. Eat more. Since you do nothing with your day, you should have plenty of time to go to the nutrition forum and figure out what you're doing wrong. Because, you're doing it wrong.

Meal frequency doesn't mean anything. You need to eat more during the times you do eat. Your problem is that you think you know when you don't know. Head to the nutrition forums and figure out what you're doing wrong. If you're eating 5-6 times per day, you obviously have time to eat and prepare food (or a homemade gainer as one of those "meals").

There are plenty of ways to add calories. Use oil, use whole milk, use butter, etc, etc, etc. Even a window licker could figure this out, and you don't seem to be a window licker, just a bit lazy. (could be wrong)

Unless you have Hyperthyroidism, you need to man up and eat. What did your daily macro's look like this previous week?

The short answer is whatever gainer fits your needs. At the end of the day its just cals no matter which one you buy. So determine which gainer is going to fit in your caloric needs and cost what your willing to spend. As far as taste goes... are you trying to gain weight or have dessert?? If its the latter then save yourself the trouble and eat Twinkies.

If you want to have a convenient powder and dont mind spending a little more, I'd suggest Clean Mass, MHP Up Your Mass (add whey protein) or use whey protein and carb powders (CellTech, dextrose, maltodextrin, Karbolic, Karbolyn) roughly 50g cabs to 25g protein ratio (personal preference) or you can simply make your own weight gainer using milk, whey, fruit, oats, cereal, nut butters, olive oil etc. here is a recipe for my clean shake when my calorie requirements are 4000+ a day. 2 Cups Oats, 16oz whole milk, 2 tbsp olive oil/peanut butter, 2 scoops chocolate whey protein, 2 frozen bananas(frozen for consistency of shake) enjoy!

I still believe the eating thing to hold true...BUT the way I went about it was wrong and I went to far with it and became one of the douche bags on here that I don't like, so for that I seriously do apologize. I think I just got frustrated when I saw the word "hardgainer".

Currently using Real Gains Chocolate Ice Cream. Tastes pretty good, but doesn't dissolve too well in milk, in my experiences.

Yeah man if you don't gain it means you are not eating enough. A weight gainer will add calories, just like food does. Not making gains means not enough calories. (aka: not a hardgainer but a kid that doesnt eat) BUT all of that aside i like pro complex and up your mass.

I am a Weight Gainer extraordinaire :D

I love them. Absolutely love them. And each year I try to pick up a new one to check it out. Sure I have my staples (Gaspari Real Mass, Universal Real Gains, MHP Up Your Mass) but I'm always looking to try something new as well.

Looking at using S.A.N. Mass Effect this year (offseason). Hoping it does me well. I'll keep you guys posted!
