Long day today and the wife is working a late shift.Asked my boys what they wanted for dinner and of course the reply was Mickey D's. I hoped in the car and went and grabbed it. The smell was AMAZING.I could taste the fries just by the smell. Nobody else in the car.Nobody to see.Made it home and didnt even have 1 damn fry!

Now i know a few fries wouldnt hurt... but felt good man.

F you Ronald. You were a major factor in me getting to 261 pounds...

F you.. still 4 months since ive had fast food or soda.

OP never blamed McD for getting fat...he said it was a factor.

OP keep up good work. Diet soda made things alot easier for me since for me its all about calories, but YRMV

Totally know that feeling, it was worth it.

Had a time I wen't to a buffet late at night to hang out with some old friends when my macro's for the day we're well hit. Came out mentally stronger!
