Lulz strong voter logic. I like Lin but lettuce be reality Westbrook is way more deserving of being in the All Star West roster.

Until they start making it about performance, the ASG will forever be a joke. I just like the events on Saturday. The actual game isnt taken seriously until the final 5 minutes and the best players arent always voted in anyway. Screw that.

Asian people see an Asian dude and vote for him, on top of the fact that he plays for the Rockets who they still love because of Yao

OP must have missed two years ago when Yao was voted in while only playing 5 games.

Not sure if these votes count the numbers coming in from China.

These initial vote count feels like Election Night where the early polls came back with Romney winning, before the Obama votes came in.

Once the China votes come in Lin is going to jump over CP3 and start next to Kobe.

The only thing I took from that is that Oak Hill's record is 860-53 since 1985, good for a .942 winning percentage. Sweet Jesus

It's the ASG and he brings more viewers to the sport. So who really cares.

Tony Parker probably won't get an invite and he's certainly as critical to his team as any other player.

exactly... the whole idea behind "pop stars" aren't that they be really good singers, it's just they be entertaining to a massive audience which unfortunately means they pretty much suck half the time. every year there are great players snubbed but they just didn't have that "star" presence, personality, fan base, whatever.
