View Full Version : I'm 595 cals short of my daily goal. Do I have to eat more before bed? SRS

So... I've eaten 1785 calories today. 595 left to hit my daily goal. I'm stuffed after just having a protein shake. I'm tired as heck also. Should I force myself to eat? Was thinking about eating a cup of ice cream(480 cals).

One day of a deficit that is too big wont hurt anything, some people occasionally have one day fasts, just don't let it become a regular occurrence.

This. If you are not hungry don't eat. Worry about large deficits when you are <15% BF

i see so many people loosing fat at a snails pace because there worried about hitting this magical '500 calorie' deficit or whatever yours might be, forget the ice cream and enjoy the extra fat loss.

Yeah man don't eat anything more. See it as a sign that your diet is allowing for more calorie dense food than you might have thought. Just readjust your diet.

Lol...and this is why I hate my scale. I woke up 3 lbs heavier than when I woke up yesterday. I know its "water", but damn.
