I'm not sure what's good statistically. What would you say about a player averaging 21 points 5 rebounds and 8.5 assists?

I'd say he should average more assists.

Depends on what position you're talking about (even though averaging 21 ppg is good in any position), but those are good numbers for a PG or SG.

I'd say he is a chucker who is shooting 41% from the field.

What happens when you are a SG playing PG?

I'd say his RPG (reps per game) should go up and NPG (negs per game should go down. (no racist)

What happens when you are a SG playing PG?Then you end up being Russel Westbrook PPG20.8 RPG5.10 APG8.6 (eerily similar to OP's numbers lol).

I'd probably ask him to stop shooting so much at such a terrible rate, especially since he takes more shots than the best scorer in the NBA.

I'd probably ask why is this "PG" shooting 18x per game when he has the 2nd best player/scorer in the league on his team.

Horrific chucker. 2nd best on his team. Maybe even 3rd best. Horrible turnover machine I bet too.

Total bum.

Lol? Thats what happens when d-rose was the only player on the roster that can create his own shot.

no, thats what happens when he cant consistently make his jumper or knock down a 3, they just clogged the lane and the bulls were rendered worthless

Good role player, quality off of the bench, replaceable. Not a #1 option

notsrs lol. Best of luck to Harden, but Rockets ain't gonna win a ship with him as the #1 guy.

lol? he shot 35% from 16 feet out, the same as dwade and in the top 7th best in the league..he has a solid mid ranger, his 3 is getting better and his ability to get to the hole is unquestionable.

Watch some bulls games first breh..ive watched every single game drose has played for the bulls.

Once again, the heat were able to clog the lane because they didnt respect the outside enough. no one on the bulls was able to create ther own shot.

what? No. Dude was comparing Harden and Martin. Martin plays 30 as the 6th man/3rd option on the Thunder and Harden plays 39 minutes as the #1 option. Of course Harden would have better stats.

Either way, Martin is filling the role nicely, and the Thunder look great this year.

Yea I do remember that's series from 2 years ago, when spoelstra had dwade and lebron trapping rose at halfcourt and shutting him down. And the bulls couldn't do **** without him. I guess you didn't recognize the sarcasm in my first post because your proving my point, drose made them one of the top 2 teams in the league, without him they lose to philly in the first round. He is not overrrated.

notsrs lol. Best of luck to Harden, but Rockets ain't gonna win a ship with him as the #1 guy. Rockets don't win the ship if Westbrook is their #1 guy so whats your point? You swap Westbrook and Harden right now OKC will still be just as good and Rockets will be the same or worse.

Westbrook with the best scorer on his team has 18 fga per gm. Imagine how much attempts he would have as a being the only option. On top of that his shooting percentage would be worse because of it.

Either way, Martin is filling the role nicely, and the Thunder look great this year. Harden has better stats because he is a better overall player. Martin isn't a scrub, he can score, but thats about it. Not a play maker, no defense. Doesn't lift his teams play.

He is fitting in well at OKC. But regular season means nothing to me. Outside of the Finals, Harden has proven he can make big plays and hit big shots in the playoffs when it counts. To make up for that Westbrook/Durant have to step up their play making ability, and Martin just has to hit his wide open shots (doable). I need to see it in the playoffs though, I'm hoping they can do it.
