Hey guys. To maintain my weight I need to intake 3648 calories every day.

I don't want to put on any more bodyfat% to be honest.

I eat 3900 for my macros to be at a 250 calorie surplus for not gaining too much fat.

Is that too little? Should I be at more? Or is 250 okay?

250 should see slow weight gain. Try it for a couple of weeks & see how you go. Calculations are just a starting point. Then it's down to trial & error.

250 is fine, you could even half it to 100-150 if you have been lifting a while, but if your relatively new to weightlifting 250 will suit fine.
