question i work out 3 times a week and i play tennis,soccer,bassketball etc 2 days a week but i play at night from 8 pm till 11 pm what should i do after a play before i go to sleep without getting fat cause i want a six pack i already drink cassein protein before i go to sleep cause i want to maintain muscle but what about after i play don't i need to drink real protein or that will get me fat and what about sports dring should i drink it before or after.
