Hi guys,

I am 24, my height is 186cm, weight 75kg and I do cardio for about 50 minutes, 4x times per week (eliptical or jump rope). I also lift some weights moderately 3x times per week. Nothing extreme. I want to maintain my weight but cut to lower body fat. The question is should I eat more or not? Right now my typical food for day looks something like this:

breakfast: 4-5 egss, green tea
snack: banana and white yogurt
lunch: for example 180g chicken breast with potatoes
snack: 2 wholemeal rolls and cottage cheese
dinner: 2 yogurts mixed with fresh strawberies and bananas.

Is this enough or am I starving myself and slowing down metabolism?

Thank you so much

Whats yiour weight and goal? Eat more though. Up your protein, especially in the evenings. Why no meat and veggies for dinner?

The problem is that I do not count calories ( I know shame on me :)). I just eat when I am feeling hungry, but watching other's people diets on this website makes me feel like I am somehow undereating.

my weight is in my first post. 75 kg (kilos)
