He plead guilty, period!

Is false, maybe they percieved it this way but it's never gauranteed.

You are always told by your lawyer in plea situations, if he's worth a damn, to expect the worse & hope for the best...

Reminds me of those crooked defense lawyers that make promises / plead bargains only to screw people over. All because the justice system HAS to put someone in prison for a crime committed or not committed.

Just petition obama to commute his sentence to time served +probation.

Too bad clinton is not in office otherwise they could just buy a presidential pardon from him. :D
