My cutting calories should be around 1560 but i can't adjust it to my keto diet as it exceed. Please tell me what should i change ?

here is the daily total calories breakdown

If you really want to cut, you should increase calories and assess your fatloss every week or two. 1600 calories is pretty low especially if your first starting out.
try 2000 for two weeks.

You don't have to eat lean chicken breast, keto is comprised of mainly fat. You can have fattier cuts of meat (hamburger beef, chicken thighs etc), If you want to lower carbs sub out the avo for some natural peanut butter, which would have less carbs.

You're 5'10 and 154lb. You are skinny. You need to acquire some muscle before you try cut.

even if you have fat left, at your stats you will be cutting down to nothing. Best move is to bulk to a nice base, then cut. You will be 100% happier with the results
