Hey guys, finishing up my bulk and I was wondering how fast have you guys cut your calories down when transitioning from a bulk to a cut and what would be the effective way of doing so...I plan on lowering my calories slowly and not from one day to another to help my body adjust but I was wondering if you guys have seen success following a specific rate until you reach your desired calories? Don't want to do it too quickly or too slowly. thanks!

It's cutting to bulking that needs to be done slowly. Bulking to cutting is completely up to you

Hm, I was under the impression it had to be done slowly (searching previous threads), so you would say its fine to go from 3200 cals to around 2300 from one day to another? ;(

Sure although you might find you can cut on higher calories

yeah I think ill start a little higher and measure my progress after 1-2 weeks and start adjusting from there, thanks!
