First off, sad to hear John L. Smith's brother passed away, and coach had to fly back home for the funeral during the week. Can't imagine the pain he's going through this season, just awful.

having said that, SO PUMPED FOR THIS GAME!!

been on my mind since the USF game ended last week.

I'm glad Wilson is back, I think they'll be able to move the ball, but our defense will make it extremely difficult on him. I expect us to defend the run well, and get pressure on Wilson. They'll be fired up this week so Rutgers must come out playing well early to calm down the crowd.

Who's gonna be watching this?

In. Rutgers finna smash Are-can-saw by at least 14. Jamison gonna go HAM on that poverty defense and put up 200 yards, 2 TDs. Easy win for Rutgers, and they'll break top 25 this week.

Nova scares me to death being on the Road in an SEC stadium like that. Hopefully he can complete a few short passes to DC first to get his confidence going. How do they plan to cover Coleman, DC, Wright, and Harrison?

Rutgers alum checking in, we're going to lose by 21+.

How do you figure? Or are you just saying "powerhouse SEC vs. little old Rutgers" = blowout without any real knowledge of what is going on?

This is going to be a good game; been looking forward to it since that Thursday night.

Rutgers D is legit, and if they can get to Wilson, Arkansas is in trouble. Rutgers needs to come out early and show everyone that they aren't backing down on the SEC' turf.

Nova showed that he can play cool under pressure (was dominant on 3rd down last week), and Jamison is gonna have to pound the ball. Our receivers are big targets, so Nova just needs to get the ball in their hands and let them get some yards.

Obviously the biggest question is whether or not we have cleaned up the penalties from last week. If we pull the same sh*t in a big SEC game, I don't think it will be very pretty.

My optimistic, heavily RU biased prediction: RU 20 Ark 17

R! U! Can't wait!

We win, and we are into the top 25, possibly top 20.

As far as the prominent ESPN commentators go, Corso, Herbstreit, and Lou Holtz all picked Rutgers. Corso and Holtz are insane, but Herbstreit knows his sh*t.

Only a few more hours 'til kickoff!

This team is deeper than they've ever been. No we don't have that premier guy like Ray Rice, but their is a LOT more talent around the field on this team, and is deeper than they've ever been.

Will be at game in minus 1 hour.

Expect o-line to failboat resulting in Wilson hit+fumble+turnover and out for game.
A Razorback reciever will be wide open and drop a potential TD pass.
Rutgers QB will have a 20+ yard run.
Rutgers will win by 17

So you're saying there's multiple first round, first day picks on this team? Multiple 2nd day picks? Multiple UFA that will make it in the NFL on this team?

I don't think so.

Well I see you've got your ass covered now no matter what happens.

If Ark wins, RU and the Big East suck.

If RU wins, Ark is the worst team in the league and they gave up on the season.

Please go. If RU wins, it's a good win. Ark still has plenty of talent, and it's on the road on SEC turf which is no joke.

Oh Hai there guys

In regards to the interception question that was asked, in order for it to be a fumble recovery, it has to be a possession that was dropped. Since he never had true possession, it was an incomplete pass. It would be the same as if the ball is thrown to a receiver and he has it in his hand, but it is secure and bouncing around and a defender strips it. That doesn't count as an interception.

I think

But the ball still never hit the ground? Possession wasn't an issue, if it was a catch he would have been down by contact.

Whether he had possession or not is irrelevant since the ball never hit the ground. It was a live ball which was picked off.

Should have been pick 6, but oh well.
