I have read you should eat carbs and protein after strength training but does that change if you do cardio after your strength training

Also, if your breakfast meal is your pre-workout meal, should you avoid fat

When is it okay to eat good fats?

Why would you avoid fats? Eat fats whenever you feel like it

I don't know how you have the energy to do cardio after strength training... I'm always wiped out. I do HIIT on a separate day to lifting.

In regard to diet, you want to ensure that you meet your macros of protein and fat every day, and make up the balance from carbs.
