I tried to search for the nutrition facts and they are always not stable..

I want to know for 100g boiled calamari how many calories / nutriton facts?

Some sites say its 106 for 100, some says its 126 for 100

Some sites say it contains 4g carb, 2g fat, and 17-18g protein, other sites just say it contains complete protein..

I'm talking about the non-fat squid part which is called (calamari)..

It's a 20 calorie difference, it's not a big deal. You don't know exactly how many calories you need so your guesstimating that, why can't you guess how many calories are in calamari? Will it be precise? no.

Do all of your meals consist of calamari day in and day out? Just take the average or the high values if you want to be sure. If you bother with 20 calories you would be panicked to know that labels are not 100% accurate, or may be way off. Everything are estimations, just stay consistent

I can eat 500g/600g of calamari, not just 100, so it will make a 120-150 calorie difference.. and I might think that I got in 170g protein that day, where its only 150 or 145, and also there is other food types that im not 100% sure of the macros, so I dont want to be eating 120-130g protein when I think its 170+

pretty sure that even 130gr protein are not low, especially periodically
