i bought "honeywheat pita bread" over "white pita bread" is this ok to eat as a source of carbs? im at 180 cutting to 165 and planning on staying around 165-170, it took me 3 weeks to get to 180 from 170.
it has 2 grams of fat, 36 grams of carbs, 7 grams of protein, 2g of fiber and only 3g of sugars are the rest a healthful source of carbs?
i plan on maybe having this with tuna or chicken in it and a little bit of hummus

I prefer the stone ground wheat pitas over honey wheat but honey wheat is a much better option than white. Pitas are great for putting tuna or chicken tenders in. Makes a quick easy meal.
