Okay, so after my weight training workout, I was thinking of doing this 15-20 minute cardio workout.

5 mins jogging on mid-high incline
5 mins on stationary bike
5 mins cross trainer/elliptical trainer

would this be good for burning fat after weight training?

Anything that burns calories is "good". Something you enjoy and will stick to is "better".

Consider that an hour's brisk walking in the park will burn a comparable amount of calories and ought to be far more enjoyable. A game of hoops with the guys at the gym, a karate or boxing class, etc. All better options IMO.
