I work shift work rotating days and nights. I workout six days a week. I eat six small meals a day. When I work night shifts, should I eat six small meals every 2 to 3 hours

It really comes down to whatever is most practical and keeps you feeling full. As long as you are hitting your macros and your caloric goal, your meal timing is personal preference and won't affect your body composition or metabolism.
