Hey guys,

Currently planning my bulking diet, and there's various sites citing that just ONE cup of all-purpose flour contains over 455 calories, but that's not the problem.

On the sites with the actual waffle recipes, they claim the entire waffle, consisting of eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and TWO cups of all-purpose flour consist of just around 380 calories,
which doesn't make any sense, if a single cup of flour is indeed 455 calories; that would make the entire thing at least 1200 Kcal.

Please advise, thanks. : )

Single serving vs entire created amount.
