So I've been out of training after R shoulder surgery for 6 weeks. Lost about 7kg so far :/ I should be back to training soon, so I was wondering whether I should start implementing a 500 kcal over Maintanence I,mediately despite the fact I will be using very light weights? Or should I weight until I can lift a reasonable amount again before bringing full on nutrition back?
