Hi guys, I currently weigh 125kg and im 6'1". My shoulders, back, ams and legs are all good but i have a bit of weight i want to get rid of off my stomach. I take fish oil, multi vitamin, pre workout, creatine mono and protien shakes. I dont have a set diet at all but im very serious about losing weight now. Can anyone help me with some good foods to eat for breakfast, lunch and tea. If i know the right foods to eat i will do everything i can to stick to a diet.

Any info would be great.

Everything you need is in the stickies.

Calculate out required calories and macros and go from there.

Foods to buy - Protein: Eggs, Chicken Breast, Turkey Mince, Steak, Tuna etc.

Carbs: Basmati Rice, Limited Fruits, Rolled Oats, Sweet Potatos.

Fats: Natural Peanut Butter, Greek Yoghurt, Eggs, Dairy.

As many green vegetables as you want - Spinach, Broccoli
