It's funny how many times he gets called overrated.

The guy is like Kobe. His longevity is amazing and people forget how good peak Jeter was.

Best SS of all time and one of the best to ever play the game.

Best SS of all time.
Very good plater. Top 5 SS for sure

Honus Wagner

Wagner is one of the greatest hitters of all time. In his 21-year career for the Louisville Colonels and Pittsburgh Pirates, he had a .327 average, 101 home runs, 1732 RBI's, 1736 runs scored, 3415 base hits (eighth all-time) and 722 stolen bases. He won eight batting titles, four on base percentage titles and six slugging percentage titles. He wasn't selected to an All Star team as the All-Star did not exist in his time.

He was also a good leader and big winner as he led the Pirates to two World Series appearances, winning one of them in the 1909 season. Finally, he finished in the top six in MVP voting three times and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1936.

Angels have to start winning some games before he can resume posting here, and Trout was like 1-13 this weekend, so the Trout batting avg. to zylantypic post correlation suggests we should see decreased activity from him.

comparing a guy who played in the early 1900's to a guy who dominated an era where every pitcher was on the juice.... makes sense.

"darren oliver's best 5 era's have come at ages 41-37, in order. 1.83 at 41, 2.29 at 40, 2.48 at 39, 2.71 at 38, 2.88 at 37"

bet he's sipping on some booster juice between innings.

the last two Yankees @ Jays games I've been to in Toronto the JAys won and it literally felt like they had won the WS. The latest one was last year when Mariano blew a save on some weeknight game, never seen so many hipsters happy

you dumbass Nix, you didn't even look him back...
