New to this forum, interested in losing BF%, started to do some reading.
As I am a complete noob, it would be great if somebody could confirm my calculations.
I'm working based on Emma-Leigh's Calculating Calorie & Macronutrient Needs Sticky.

I'm 6.1, 24y/o, 185lbs.

I've used the Mifflin-St Jeor method and got 2100.
I used an activity factor of 1.2 (although i do train pretty hard 5 times a week i am a couch potato in the remainder of the time) which lead me to 2500.
Deducted 20% off my TEE which led me to 2000cals.

For Macro's I started from Protein (dont think i fall under the category of an athlete).
got 1.1 * 185 = 200gr (800cals)

For Fats - did 0.5 * 185 = 90gr (800cals)

Carbs - 2000 - 800 - 800 = 400cals (100gr)

What do you think?

Looks fine. I'm 6"2, 26, 205lbs with a TDEE of around 2,800 and have been cutting at 2,000 with 225g P / 78g F / 100g C. I used to do a lot lower carb (15g during my keto phase, 50g during low-carb phase) with the extra calories going towards fat intake which caused marginally quicker weight loss than what I'm doing now, but I prefer the extra energy and better mood I get from higher carbs.
