So I had a hormone test and my cortisol levels are 52.6 L nmol / L. Normal range/interval is 101 - 536.

Should I be worried or happy?

HAPPY!! cortisol is catabolic

I know. When I saw the hormone test report I was happy as hell and jumped in the ambulance because of the happiness. But, as soon as I got home, I goggled and found out that if you have too low cortisol level you could have some problems like Addison disease and so on.

The weird thing about my low cortisol is that I did the test right after one and a half month of ketosis and loads of cardio & weight practices, but I have to mention that I payed a lot of attention about fast and perfect recovery. Examples: nutrition timing, LI cardio, proper sleeping and everything that improves your recovery.
