Hello there

what do you guys think of this stack : BSN dessert + Opti-men + BSN hyper shred + Optimum Whey Protein gold standard? im trying to cut and one of the reasons why i take bsn dessert (meal replacement) is because im in a college where i have limited facilities and the food provided is terribly unhealthy! Trying to lose fat and gain muscles at the same time. I do weightlifting and play rugby/boxing/squash/soccer/swimming/jumprope after weightlifting almost everyday. Any suggestions? Newwwbieee hereeeee

None of that shiit matters. Cutting = caloric deficit. Read stickies, figure out macros, approximate TDEE, subtract 500 cals. Plan your means accordingly & if you're still not losing fat drop by 200 cals every week until you start losing. Simple as that.
