I was online researching and most calculators..say i need to eat 2800 calories to lose weight.. and if i go with the bodyweight x12 .. it also says to eat approx 2700..

Im 6'2 and bodyweight 220lb..

i thought eating 2000 was good..but it seems im too low?

i did some calculations and 2700 will come out as

approx 85g of fat.. 260g of carbs and 230g of protein.. isnt this too much?

What type of calculator are you using. I think you should use myfitnesspal. It works great. Plug in your stats to the calculator there and let me know what it says. For your height and weight that seems kind of low.
