When I was running track (even though I ran the 400) I was timed at practice and ran in the mid to high 11's. Nothing special, considering my buddy ran a 10.9 (he made districts lol).

I would probably be in the 12's now.

my senior year in high school I believe my fastest hundred was 11.7. Nothing special for track and field, but I think that's pretty fast for your average male.

Anything under 13.8 is fast for your average male

11.4 in the 100
4.62 in the 40
both FAT

Quit track before I started getting serious about lifting weights (was 5'9 140 at 16), wish I hadn't looking back on it

Now? Probably mid 12s

Ran an 11.4 with some tailwind. Also jumped 21'7" on the long jump. 133' discus throw. I was only in track my junior year and was 5'8 145.

Joined the team late my junior year and only had 2 meets before regionals, managed to make it to the state meet in the 100, long jump, and discus. Small school, missed out on my senior year because of shoulder surgery.

Feels bad man.

12.25ish maybe a bit slower since that was handtimed. I was primarily a 400-800m runner but I had to run the 100 a few times. I always lost or finished like second to last so I'd say I was probably a bit below avergae for you average hs track athlete.

no clue but I ran a 4.8 40..... was my first time trying it, had the wind against me, and had literally no technique (started from a 2 point stance lol)

I'm guessing I could've hit 4.6ish with training (mainly how to get off with the 3 point stance sprinters do) and indoors

Edit: I ran 12.8 in 7th grade track but I've never tried it since. Pretty sure I'm actually slower now than I was then.

Ran in the lower 12's back in high school. Now, nearly 20 years later, I'm in the 13's; I'd love to do some dedicated speed training and see if I could get into the 12's again.
