If you aren't getting any help from your doc, have him refer you to a registered nutritionist.

With all your medical issues, you need professional assistance, something you won't get from random interwebz posters.

Good luck.

I have Crohn's, so I know EXACTLY where you are coming from. If you are trying to gain weight, then at this point, you need to eat anything that agrees with you. When you are having inflammations, be very careful with leafy green veggies, acidic foods, and dairy. Try loading up on starches, such as pastas and rice, or even mashed potatoes. I find that eating small meals throughout the day is so much better than trying to force a large meal down. Also, I would consider drinking a supplement as one of my small meals such as pediasure. You can put it in a blender with say a bananna, or over ice.
Keep a journal and see what foods help and slowly implement them into your diet. At this point, any food you eat, will be good :) You can do it.
