View Full Version : My Diet Plan. Any changes you think I should make?

Ok I'm 5ft9 and 265lbs.


1. 6 Egg Whites + 1 Yolk + 1 Cup Oatmeal + 1 Flax Seed Capsule

2. 6oz Ground Turkey + 2 Egg Whites + 1 Can Green beans + 1 Flax Seed Capsule

3. 2 Scoops Whey Protein + 1 Flax Seed Capsule

4. 6oz Lean ground beef + 1 Can green beans + 1 Flax Seed Capsule

5. 1 Scoop Whey + 1TBS Peanut Butter

I need to get down to 190-200lbs


I'm weight training 3 times a week and doing 30 mins cardio 5 times a week. I'm supplementing with B-Complex, Calcium magnesium, and Flax obviously and cook my eggs in Extra Virgin Coconut oil.

I know the diet looks rather boring. I like simple and boring it's easier for me to stick to it.

Read the stickies. Then come back if still have questions. Post calories/macros for each meal instead of names of food.

5. 1 Scoop Whey + 1TBS Peanut Butterthat looks plain boring i couldnt stick to that for more than a week. on youtube look up "Leanbodylifestyle" He has all different kind of great recipes like protein shake recipes and snacks etc and there all healthy
