The Bulls were doing surprisingly well without Rose. Obviously, it's true that it affects any team, but it's not as strong of an impact if you have a good bench.

the bulls lost to a team they would have swept with rose. they were considered to have one of the best benches in the league. if any team loses a superstar it has a huge impact.

Bulls needed a little more effort out of their guys during the playoffs. It's true, they wouldn't of had the same problems they did with Rose, but I doubt they would have swept the sixers.

I think having a stacked team actually prevents all of these tbh. You don't need to be very deep when two-three players can carry you night in and night out. The tide of super teams is probably making the ego of players almost non existent. One injury and you still have two other stars that will see the ball more and you don't need to rely on your 6th and 7th man to play above themselves.

lol this. team with 1 star player with star getting injured < team with 2 star players with star getting injured. especially if it is lebron with wade getting injured. lebron + bosh = duo of peace. (no wade hate, shared goat sg status last decade with kobe and still does)

If Dwight's back becomes problematic throughout the whole season, where does that put the Lakers? Up **** creek with half a paddle and no room to sit. They won't have Bynum or Odom to throw in there and the game play will have to be different.

This is why Tim Duncan will go down as the greatest player in his generation. None of this butt-buddy-hey-buddy **** and posing together in pictures and being best friends with each other. waht a ****in disgrace. Duncan is truly the only alpha of his generation when the dust settles.

Tim Duncan is my all time favourite player and Spurs are my first love, but you gotta admit that he's played with some pretty good players (and under one of the best coaches of all time) during his career.
