I weigh about 170 lbs and about 20% body fat. I am an 18 year old male. I want to go down to about 10-14% body fat and then bulk. For these purposes, I've figured I would need to drop down to about 150 lbs.

I do strength training three times a week in conjunction with HIIT cardio (walk to Gym, 15 minutes of HIIT on seated elliptical, walk back). I try to consume anywhere from 1700-2000 calories a day. At least 150g of protein, if not close to 200g, 50 to 80g of fat and 50-125g of mostly complex carbs. Will I be able to maximize fat loss and minimize lean body mass loss like this? Do I need more or less calories? Any tips or any more information that needs to be supplied?

Monitor progress and adjust to suit.

Train hard.

Looks good if doesn't work adjust by 250cals up or down to the rate you want
