View Full Version : Am i on a right track ? ( my diet )

MEAL 1- OATMEAL (1cup) + 8oz milk + 1 scoop of syntha-6

MEAL 2 - 1 medium sized white potatoe + brocoli + 8ozchicken breast + 8oz orange juice

MEAL 3 (post-workout) - 2 scoops of whey

MEAL 4 - 1 medium sized red potatoe + brocoli + 8ozchicken breast

MEAL 5- 1 scoop of ceasin + 1 can of tuna + salad (mixed of cabbage+lettuce+carrot)

On the right track for what? What's your TEE? How much chicken breast is that? Either way that seems like entirely too little food for someone your weight and height

Hmm trying to lose fat while maintaining muscles as much as i can.. chicken breast is 8oz in the morning and 8oz in the evening total 1lbs.
