MEAL 1- 6egg whites + 1 cup of oatmeal (80grams raw) + 8oz of milk

MEAL 2 - Rice (45g raw but i cooked it ) + chicken breast + brocoli

MEAL 3 - 2 scoops of syntha-6

MEAL4 - after workout (2scoops of whey + 10almonds or should i do 15) i guess 15 is abit too much :D

MEAL 5- same as meal2

MEAL 6 - 1 scoop of ceasin + 1tbsp peanut butter.

I dont care calroies FK YEA . SUGGEST please

I would kill myself if I ate this everyday. Where's the fat dude? 15 almonds? Wtf?

Yo i get 10g of fat from chicken breast + 12g from syntha-6 + one tbsp peanut = 8g + almonds = 8g + oatmeal = 5g of fat so TOTAL = 43g :))

That sounds terrible. It's boring, deficient in fat, and comprises an unnecessary number of meals. You should read the stickies at the top of this forum to learn how to properly construct a diet.

BRO I JUST READ... i am gonna low down on my carbs.. and up the fats.. like one and half tbsp of peanut butter... + 15almonds after workout that should work?

Well i will do 2 TBSP PEANUT !!!!!!!!!!

You can eat the peanut butter or actual nuts, or ice cream if you change carb sources around. We don't really care, or when you eat it for that matter.
No macros and TDEE no care
You are also micro deficient as you have almost no fruit or veggies either though.

yes that is one veggie, and you also didn't show macro breakdown. Generally 2-3 fruits and 2-3 veggies (varied) will keep you pretty micro sufficient. Not a single serving of brocolli a day.

I HATE VEGGIES AND FRUITS BRO.. i only eat brocoli maybe 1-2 servings.. btw i m gonna take 1 tbsp peanut butter afterworkout + 10almonds + 1 more peanut butter b4 sleep.. that would work i guess.. YO do i eat salad ??? + i take fish oil 3 caps a day.. isnt it fat?

What will happend if there are 16 almonds left in the jar, are you going to live that one almond? I'm surprised that you didn't write times for each meals.
(Srs) you don't need so many meals and instead of bland old diet plan of protein powder and the same foods everyday just live a normal lifestyle and make sure that you hit your macros by the end of the day.
