Hey all!

Im 26 pretty average build with no fat issues only around the belly.....just wondering what machines/weights I should use for resistance in the gym....I'm already doing interval training bout 3 times a week, and have reduced calories and cut out the crap from my diet but no real change to the belly (or weight in general) as of yet (3 weeks in)

Any info would be great cheers!

if you have cut calories and have noticed nothing in three weeks, you need to either:
-Accurately count calories
-Cut more calories
-More cardio

No machines/weights will help spot reduce fat, you need to create a caloric deficit either by eating less or moving more

Try the search button homie, you can't sport reduce belly fat also.
