Used the calculators on http://www.caloriesperhour.com

Got a BMR of 1,913. I got confused on the activity level last time so I took the median between 1.375 and 1.55 which was 1.46. If I'm lifting 3x a week, do you guys think I should use one of those numbers or keep the one I found? If I multiply by 1.46 I get ~2800cals, which means I'd bulk on 3,050.

Just pick one of the numbers and try it. Allow 1week for water weight and then weigh yourself. Continuing eating for 2weeks and weigh again. If you're not gaining enough eat more, if you're gaining too much eat less.
