I do my cardio 15 hours into my 16 hours fast keeping my heart rate between 50-60%..This lasts nearly an hour and burns about 350-400 cals..After this i have my first meal and then lift weights 2 hours later.

I was just wondering if i need BCAAs for this type of cardio as ive heard BCAAs raise insulin levels which could effect the fat burning..Should BCAAs only be used for fasted lifting? Or should i also use them before my cardio?

Many thanks

Assuming sufficient daily protein intake, you don't need BCAA supplements.

The insulinogenic nature of food is not want makes you fat. A sustained daily caloric surplus is what does.

yup..listen to Wonderpug... I tried doing it both ways...not a single difference was noted....save money leave BCAAs on the store shelves...
