View Full Version : Is this a good diet??? Help????

This is Josef Rakich diet plan. I want to stay lean while getting big. So if someone could help me out that would be awesome!

Meal 1:
6 eggs
6 pieces of wheat toast
Margarine
1 banana

Meal 2:
5-6oz chicken breast
2 pieces wheat bread
Lettuce
Tomato
Handful of almonds

Meal 3:
1 1/2 cup oats
1 apple
2 cans of tomato and basil flavored tuna

Meal 4: Post Workout
Whey protein shake (2 scoops)
1 cup of oats
3 massive teaspoons of glucose sugar

Meal 5:
6oz chicken, fish, steak, or prawns
2 cups broccoli, beans, or peas
3 pieces of wheat bread or 1 cup rice

Meal 6:
Chocolate casein protein pudding (1 scoop) with a few teaspoons of peanut butter

Need to post your macros, calories, TDEE, and your goals, the names of the food you eat mean nothing. Also, you don't need to eat 6 meals a day, number of meals is preference. Go read the stickies.

Well I'm trying to bulk and stay lean at the same time. I'm 6'0 about 185 pounds at say 15% bf.

What doesn't matter is meal frequency and individual food choice, which are the things you did list.

Now do you understand the problem?
