ok so i've never consistently lifted before and i want to start, the only problem is i have problems with motivation so i was thinking that if i take a preworkout supplement it would help me become more focused. is this a good idea and if so which supplement is a good one for beginners?

thanks

There's things you should use before considering a pre

A pre won't do sh*t if you're not motivated.

Actually I am not much of a motivated person either and Jack3d was awesome for me. The insane amount of caffeine and other stimulants made me want to workout even when I was lazy. The only problem is the crash, dizzyness, and lightheadedness after the workout, though. lol

I actually use Green Mag as my pwo right now although it is a creatine product. If you want something with stims, look into White Flood.

NeuroCore, 1MR, Jack3d and Shotgun are all good ones I've tried, for energy and focus though the rest < NeuroCore.
