here is my current mass gainer (homemade)

-5 strawberries
-1 cup oats
-2 scoops whey
-1 chobani greek yogurt
-2 tbsp peanutbutter
-1/1.5 cups milk

comes out around 1000 calories, 28 fat grams, 110 carbs, 46 sugars..., and 80g of protein.

So my question is, is this shake that i make right now ok or is it too sugary to have 2 of them a day. if i should take a mass gainer, which would you recommend?

Looks good but add Banana for some potassium
Natural PB if not already.
I get the mixed berries frozen....when they are on sale. Works great

Sugar content is fine. Mostly natural sugars.

strawberries and PB? sounds kinda gross =x use a tbsp canola or extra virgin olive oil for your fat instead, you wont taste it in there. use the PB w/ the milk/banana type shakes.

here are some of the gainers i make,

8oz of cranberry juice /or cran light or just 16 oz cran
mix with
8oz of OJ /or just 16oz OJ
2 scoops fruit protein (banana,strawberry) etc.
1/2-1 cup oats
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
1 cup fruit yogurt (strawB,banana,raspberry) etc
1 banana and or diced pineapple
several strawberrys and or pineapple
lots of ice

and/or

16oz milk
1-2 scoops protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, choc PB,) etc
1 cup oats
1-2 bananas
1 tbsp PB
1 cup yogurt (choc,vanilla) etc
ice
