I never saw any of your b4 pics... makes me more in awe for how far you have come & how much hard work has obviously gone into your training. You look awesome. And yeah... I will say it exist. :)

Hard for me to say if muscle size has memory but I think the strength end of it does without a doubt

I believe that it exists commensurate to those who have experience and know what they are doing. I experienced this about 6 months ago when I had surgery and to lay off the weights for three weeks. The fourth week I could go to the gym, but lift very lightly. During the three weeks off, I lost about 8lbs. After four weeks of hitting the gym hard, I was back to where I was before surgery. The worse part of the experience was the mental torture.

Given that, it obviously works for Bodyhard.

Muscle memory has to do with getting back to how you looked before a long layoff You look better than you did before! Congratulations!
